1. Overview
This website is operated by Kenton Designs UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including additional policies referenced here or linked on our website. We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information on our website are accurate. Minor differences may occur between screen colours and the physical product.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Some items may be produced after you place your order. Minor variations in print position, colour and garment measurements may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

These variations do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of consumer law.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

The price payable will be the price displayed at checkout when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious pricing errors.

Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process your order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Our current processing and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the stated timeframe. Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control cause a delay, we will contact you where appropriate and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

8. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases. Please review it before ordering.

9. Billing & Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your billing and delivery details.

We may not be able to change an order once it has entered production or been dispatched. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

A contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
