Kenton Designs UK – Return & Refund Policy

Overview
At Kenton Designs UK, each item is made to order, just for you. Because our products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase.
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Provide clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or printing error.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will: Offer a like-for-like replacement, or issue a full refund (including standard shipping).
We may request that you return the faulty item before processing a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong size, colour, or design due to our error: We will replace the item at no cost to you, or offer a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email hello@kentondesignsuk.store with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the problem

  3. Photos of the item and packaging
    We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • We cover return shipping only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • All other returns without prior approval are at the customer’s expense.

Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
