Kenton Designs UK – Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All items are made to order. Processing times are:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.): 2–5 business days

  • Mugs & Drinkware: 2–4 business days

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, customs).

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced unless it was our error.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@kentondesignsuk.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any available tracking info.
